Been working out here for 3 years now.

Pros: good vibes/crowd, great luxe ELEIKO free weights zones with plenty of GUGNIR self-locking bars, well maintained techno gym equipment, decent free coffee + protein shakes, cold shower + sauna, staff is responsive and interactive.

Cons: gets uncomfortably crowded at peak hours, customer service support via email/phone is nonexistent - only way to consistently get help is to talk to lobby/gym manager, gym app is useless, music can be a bit too loud sometimes.

Nevertheless this location is one of the best options for a gym in Amsterdam

I really rarely praise any brand online, but this gym really made me feel good. The enthusiastic staff, great equipment, and high quality fitness crowd really recommend you to go to this gym.

Visitei praticamente todas as academias de Amsterdam e a que me adaptei melhor foi essa, o atendimento é excelente, bons equipamentos, mulheres bonitas e fiz grandes amizades. A melhor sem dúvidas.

I enjoy it here. Gets very crowded in rush hours, but if you can avoid those it is a nice place to train.

*updated to add one more star because this is my fav gym and the staff working here is so nice, especially Jeremih, always attentive to everyone, kind and polite and inviting and taking very good care of the gym at all times and very dedicated.
He is the hardest worker and kindest and most people persons’.

I think he is one of the main reasons to make this gym such a nice place and atmosphere to be in. Very different from other Trainmore locations.

If you're looking for a gym that isn't just a place to work out, but a place that makes you feel at home, TrainMore is the best! Top facilities, super motivating atmosphere, and a team always ready to help.

A special shout out to Koin (yes, that's what it's called!): the guy at the reception was incredibly kind, helpful and with a smile that puts you in a good mood as soon as you walk in. It's rare to find people so professional and welcoming.

Thanks to TrainMore (and Koin) for this amazing experience. Highly recommended!

Don’t recommend this club.

Employee didn’t bother cleaning any of the coffee cups or filling up the shake machine. His phone seemed to be more important, even when I finished my workout it was still the same.

Although it’s a good club with nice attributes like every TrainMore, the dressing rooms were very small as well as the lockers, it just isn’t what you’d expect from a black label.
