I ordered the Men's Down Training Jacket and it looks like a great jacket for certain situations, but I was expecting something warmer. But this review is really about Sync customer service and how fantastic they were about handling the return. They received the returned item yesterday and the credit to my card showed up the same day. Great customer service!

Above and beyond customer service. Ski racing kiddo loves her bag, but we experienced a minor issue with a buckle and reached out to the company. Kim from customer service responded within hours and the issue was more than resolved in the same day. I purchased many items from Sync over the last few years and am pleased with them all. I've been waiting for their padded Stealth Top to go on sale for years. When it did recently, I snatched one up. I'm now looking forward to using it under my race suits to protect this bruisable 70 y/o body.

Ordered the Pano Canvas jacket. What's not to like? Fantastic product. Easy ordering. LOTS of timely communication. Very happy with the purchase.

Word of caution, though. Product seems to run a little small. Would recommend sizing up (which I did when ordering).

(Edit 2) Dan Leever, the Chairman, reached out to me personally to apologize for the error. He seems like an individual with integrity and that is a person, and company, I can support. It is rare today for a company to reach out and bend over backwards to correct a situation that went awry. Because of this he has earned a customer for life. Thank you SYNC Performance for doing what is right. (Edit) After a back and forth communication with the company, they eventually decided to stand behind their pricing. I changed my one star to three stars because of this. The back and forth communication should not have happened at all. I would have gladly gave them a five star if the original transaction went through seamlessly. (Original) I purchased a ski race suit. Paid for and completed the transaction. Then they canceled my order because apparently they didn't like the price they sold their item for. I was misled on price and purchased under false pretenses. They backed out after the transaction was completed. I do not recommend purchasing from them.

Sync Performance has nailed performance ski wear for racing and free skiing! Their customer service is excellent and very responsive. Bella, each time I've called or emailed was very professional and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about my kit that includes the 1/4 zip Deluge, Benchmark Jogger, Stretch Insulator Jacket, Headwall Jacket, and Top Step Pant. Training and skiing in various temps and conditions this winter Sync has excelled in temperature regulation and stretch in their selection of materials. The men's and women's sizing is excellent vs. only options of unisex sizing. This provides a more tailored performance fit that looks great but also performs whether in or out the course! Well done Team Sync! Keep up the great work!

I bought a race suit online in 28/6 and have been trying to get in touch with someone about my purchase and track progress .. left messages, email, and still no one has bothered to reach out or respond…. We are in different time zone and I also had to wake up in the middle of night to try and call the company and het no one has bothered to return our calls - is this company legit ? DJL tracking says product is not received from company- not shipped
