We recently purchased a new firearm from Sportsman's Warehouse and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Andy, our sales person, gave the best service that we’ve ever received in a retail store. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything that we needed and that we walked out smiling. Thank you, Andy! We will be back soon for my CC firearm. Also, Noah was very, knowledgeable too! 😄

New store, new staff, and good customer service. A bit understaffed. Still, a nice store and lots of selections at great prices. Ordering ammunition on-line and having it shipped free to the store for pickup is working very well for me. 5 Thumbs Up.

The store is great, they have great prices, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. BUT my complaint is their web site, over the past year or so I have purchased several handguns, rifles and shotguns but NONE have I been credited points for. This is several thousand points. At the same time open an account and get discount on first purchase but $0 DISCOUNTED. Again great store but crappy website connections.

I love that sportsmans warehouse took it upon themselves to add an extra day to the waiting period, I love it so much I will never buy another gun from them.

My wife recently purchased a firearm from Sportsmans warehouse 5326 N Nevada Ave, Northeast Colorado Springs, CO 80918 for me as a birthday present. When I received the firearm Looking at the barrel it appeared used. When I reached out to the store I was directed to Smith and Wesson. I asked if i could email pictures to sportsmans for documentation i was rejected. Smith and Wesson agreed that the barrel on my gun was used. And should not be that way due to my firearm being made only 2 months prior.. Smith & Wesson has been an amazing help with the situation. And I can't say the same for sportsmans wearhouse... I dont recommend buying firearms from them.

Company arbitrary "added an extra day" to all firearm purchases in addition to the mandatory 72 hour waiting period required by law. Gun counter employee at time of purchase stated 72 hour wait, after the 72 hour wait I called to confirm and was told my account was set to "proceed" but I had to wait another day because of the company policy. Untruthful employee delaying natural rights above and beyond what the law requires is a slap in the face to every law abiding citizen. They will never see another cent of my money.
