A little hole in the wall deli that has fabulous food. Their breakfast sandwiches are legendary! Plan for a wait on a Saturday. Limited indoor seating. Worth a stop to grab and go or sit and enjoy.
Family favorite is “The Champ” breakfast sandwich. Breakfast runs about $8 a sandwich.

It’s… competent. Got two breakfast sandwiches (Heavyweight, left, Champ, right), and they are average to good. Egg perfect level of cooked, the bun is fine, the cheese is American, the meat is average… but the bacon was totally tasteless and bland, on both. No special sauce. Gas station breakfast sandwiches but of higher quality but also with a matching price. What you see is what you get, but not really a five star experience, a bit disappointed to be honest. Would return for lunch but absolutely not for breakfast.

We have always loved Ernies, but the last 3 times our buns are more like a flat bread. I'm not sure why this is happening even after we asked them not to smash the buns. We are no longer going to Ernies after this.

Great little deli in a strip mall off Center Steet. Real small town old school vibe. Excellent service .. my sandwich was ready before I filled my drink !! Friendly staff. Clean establishment.

Good was delicious. My sandwich was loaded with meat and cheese .. fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The roll was hearty and soft .. not at all soggy.

Definitely will stop by when I’m in the area.

Ernie’s is amazing, service, taste, convenience. I just looked at the 1star reviews and there are some truly delusional ones.
Ernie’s gets busy at lunchtime because it’s amazing food. If you go in a slow hour you can call in an order, walk in 10 Minutes later, and walk out with your sandwich as soon as you pay.

Just because you can see into the kitchen and see the chefs does not mean their job is to make you feel special and treat you like you’re in the chick-fil-a line

This place has been open for 25 years this coming month!! That says a lot! The quality of service and product validated that. I spoke briefly with the owner and I can sense the pride and passion he has. This shop offers great sandwich options at very reasonable prices, deli offerings, and desserts. The inside is covered with awesome sports memorabilia invoking nostalgia. They also played dope music from back in the day as well. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend.

I’ve been eating here for over a decade at this point and it is one of the most consistently good sandwiches in all of Utah. It’s one of my go tos always for a quality sandwich and I take my friends here when they’re in town for a quick and delicious meal. Keep it up!!

We were having a good experience initially, but things changed when a nearby customer approached the staff to ask about his food. The staff’s response was surprisingly rude, informing him that it would take another 20 minutes—even though he had already been waiting for 20 minutes. As a UPS driver on a tight schedule, he expressed his concern, but the staff’s attitude only became more dismissive. The interaction created an uncomfortable atmosphere for my family and me, leaving us feeling uneasy. We probably won’t be coming here again.
