Nice place. But the service for food and drink is abysmal. Tried to get a drink - waited for the waitress who told me to order from the front counter. Line was so long and slow we just gave up

In theory this should be a good place to bowl. Atmosphere is cool and pretty clean. Food and drink selection is decent. But if you are using anything but the plastic house balls be warned - the lanes don’t appear to do well with higher quality bowling balls. This place has to be cutting costs on maintenance. I’ve been here twice in about a six month period and there are constant lane issues, more than normal and I’ve bowled at a lot of places. On both occasions we’ve left with our personal bowling balls damaged by the ball return equipment ($60 repair the first time but this time we actually filled out a damaged ball form). This last trip we called the attendant 4 times for balls not being returned, twice for the lane not racking pins properly/getting stuck, and more than once we just ignore some lane issue and bowl through it (like pins falling out of the rack in front of standing pins or racks with missing pins). The final call was a ball actually getting stuck inside the return (see the pictures as they dismantled the ball return looking for our personal bowling ball… they got it out at least after a 15 minute delay). At the end of the night all the interruptions added up to nearly 1 hr and 45 minutes for 3 people to play 2 games. And not surprisingly no one offered a discount even with all of the issues. Not even an apology or any attempt at empathy. My guess is that it’s all normal for them to have equipment breaking multiple times on the same lane. If you’re just going to use the house balls and not too worried about your score it’s probably fine for an outing. But we like to bowl for improvement and don’t want our personal stuff damaged every time we play so we’ll pick another place from now on. Lesson learned!

Terrible experience. The employees did not know how to do their job or answer simple questions. Forgot to bring my food out completely and the manager refused to do anything about it. It would be no stars if I had that option

Family Bowling Day. This place was clean food served hot. I did have to send back the hard greasy tacos cooked by that one bad apple. One glove handling food? Pants sagging underwear showing? bad attitude?Anyway, the Manager Calvin took care of it. Kayla had great customer service and DJ skills and overall great personality. Give her a raise and promotion. 2 hours of absolute fun. Pizza Tacos Chicken strips Fries. Give Kayla a promotion!!!!!!

Decent enough, and clean facilities. But we’ve only been here twice and both times my ball has been damaged with large gashes.

This time we also had to get an attendant four times due to balls being stuck in the return or pins not racking. They definitely need to do more upkeep/maintenance of the equipment.

This was the first time I had a chance to visit this place. And I have not been bowling for years. I went with a group of friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Friendly competition and good natured ribbing added to the fun and excitement. The overall atmosphere was good and family friendly. Service was great and done with a smile no matter if asking for a food order or where the restroom was located. In this age of fast and faster, I believe that the service with a smile credo was lost. Glad it found a home at Bowlero Pikesville. ( plenty of free parking spaces and wheelchair accessible).

Not to happy with the counter person. After I had checked out, I mentioned I was a VET and showed my ID. They stated that I needed to have mentioned that before I checked out to get the discount. When I suggested to cancel the ticket and then put it in again with the discount, they said they couldn't do that Wow, this is how you treat vets?
