I had a great experience with the soccer factory and Jeff in particular. Ordered 25 jerseys with custom design and they came out looking great and in a very timely manner, maybe 2 weeks from my order date. Correspondence was quick and professional. I saw some negative reviews so I was nervous about placing the order, but my experience was great.

In early August, I placed an order for 15 pairs of Nike Team Shorts. Unfortunately, the shipment arrived on September 13, but only 9 pairs of shorts were delivered, falling short of the 15 pairs I ordered. This discrepancy rendered the shorts unusable for our team due to insufficient quantity.

Before the shipment arrived, I attempted to cancel the order based on communication from The Soccer Factory indicating delays. Upon receiving the partial shipment, I sought assistance from their customer service team (Aaron & Alexis) to process a full refund due to the order not being fulfilled as requested. Despite this, I was denied a return shipping label, which is contrary to the policy stated on their website. According to their policy, a return shipping label should be provided and a replacement order should be arranged if a mistake occurs on their end.

2 months later, I finally received my refund for my order. Poor communication once I tried to get a refund. I was recommended this company by a friend but I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to get a team order as you most likely will not receive it in a timely manner. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews until after this matter which ended up effecting me and my team.

I went a bought 2 jerseys n was told that it would take 3 to 4 days for the name n number. I told him I was going to LA for the game on Friday 2 days, he told me that he would ck n see what he could do. Melvin came back n said they could do it today. What great service I really recommend for anyone trying to get a soccer jersey should come here.

The owner of this store was super helpful when it came to purchasing/ fitting soccer shoes for my son. My son has a wider foot and he took the time to assist in finding the proper cleats with the perfect insoles. Very helpful with the goalie gloves as well. Thank you for taking the time .

Cannot handle big orders. It’s been two months since I ordered my kits for my soccer league. Missing half my order and received the wrong sizes and numbers. Received 4 #1 jerseys. Mind you I never ordered a goalie shirt smh. I wanted my refund and had through my bank for it. They deserve zero stars. Never again

I give this soccer factory location five stars because they have an amazing amount of finds and have the best customer service as Melvin and Jas are two great employees who assisted me in my purchases. They are both awesome and energetic people, loved their help

Last year we ordered well over 10K worth of team uniforms for our teams. Alexis the sales guys was very rude and unprofessional. They over promised and under delivered. At the end of the transaction he made things right.

So, I said hey why not give the guy a chance again. Nope boy was I wrong for doing so. I have been trying to order uniforms again. Alexis has been super hard to reach and via phone or email. I have been promised return phone calls but nothing.

I would recommend staying away from this company.
